Hair Preparation

Please ensure you thoroughly wash and cleanse your hair using a clarifying shampoo prior to your fitting appointment (Pantene pro v clarifying shampoo is a favourite) This will ensure that any residue or styling products in your hair are completely removed making it easier to apply the rings so it is advisable to come with your hair straightned and wearing a t-shirt as this makes it easier to see where we are applying the individual strands and to ensure no hair is under tension.

You will have a consultation prior to your fitting in order for us to discuss with you the results you are looking to achieve and to ensure you are able to have hair extensions fitted. You will be advised on everything that will be involved and have any questions you may have answered.

Your extensionist will also colour match your hair to ensure we get the precise match for your natural hair, so is advisable not to colour your hair after your consultation.

A full head fitting will generally take 3-4 hours so please allow sufficient time when booking your appointment.
Please note: We will require a maximum of 5 working days from the time of your consultation to the day of your fitting to order and prepare your extensions for fitting.
